This series, funded by the Bowmans, has resulted in “War in East Texas,” by Bill O’Neal, the story of the the Regulators-Moderators Feud, and “The Devil’s Triangle,” a story of violence following the Civil War in East Texas, by Jim Smallwood, Carol Taylor and Kenneth Howell.
